Session Title : Elevating Rail Cybersecurity through an Integrated CMDB, ServiceNow, and Cloud Infrastructure Approach
Calvin Gerald-Kornmann has more than 10 years of first class support experience in the Non Profit, Government, and Private sectors. Always delivering customer focused, customer driven IT service that has proven to provide “first contact resolution” to all support inquiries while decreasing costs and subsequent IT issues. ServiceNow Admin Certified and ITIL Foundations certified, Calvin has experience in driving customer solutions that help to improve business processes as well as increase user satisfaction with cloud based ITSM solutions.
Calvin has exceptional training and development experience as well driving effective and efficient policies, procedures and workflow to assist companies in migrating technologies and implementing new technologies all while reducing cost and improving the knowledge of customers.
Outside of the IT world, Calvin is heavily involved in community planning around HIV/AIDS, LGBTQ issues and equality as well as employment and educational opportunities for youth. His research and advocacy is concentrated in LGBTQ homeless youth and creating more supportive services for this population in DC.
